SALES TAX:  Sales tax will be collected unless buyer brings proof of Sales Tax Exemption Number and properly completed documentation as per Georgia law.

PREVIEW:  Saturday, February 25th  from 8:30 to 10:00 AM.  Guns will be previewed 45 minutes before they will sell.

 WEAPONS INFORMATION: NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Weapons will be sold after all other items are sold. Weapon Preview will be after all other items are sold. We will have a 45 minute preview for the weapons, then they will be sold.

 TERMS:

Anyone bidding on a weapon will do so under the following terms - NO out of state buyers. NO person who has been indicted of a felony, a fugitive from justice, a narcotics or controlled substance abuser, an illegal alien, a person with mental deficiencies, someone who had been dishonorably discharged from the military, someone who has renounced U.S. citizenship, a person who has a restraining order against them, has an indictment or been convicted of domestic violence, or under the age of 18.

 The weapons will be paid for on the day of the sale. They will be taken by the Sheriff Department to Georgia Outdoor Sports, Inc. In Hull, Georgia where they will be put back into the system. The successful bidder on the weapon MUST BE the person picking up the weapon.  A BACKGROUND CHECK WILL BE DONE ON ALL BUYERS. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.

 Pick up time will begin on Monday, February 27th at North Georgia Sports, 273 Hwy 72 W, Comer, Ga. Store hours 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday - Friday, Sat 8AM - 5PM. No Sunday  Phone: 706-783-5086.
